From that ridgetop, the land cascades into a massive canyon revealing diverse terrain replete with a wet weather creek and at least one active spring that does not dry up, even during the most severe of droughts. This spring keeps the wildlife (including White Tail, Aoudad, wild hogs and turkey) coming for water and could possibly be dammed to create a swimming hole. A large balance of the land elevates on the north side of the creek bed to the top ridge of the next hill, where you will find a driving path for a UTV, marking that northern ridgetop border. On the west side, the land drops down again into the canyon with creek bed. There are several blinds (including a bow blind), feeders and hog traps that will convey.
